All services provided are strictly based on the agreed proposal, scope, and timelines discussed during confirmation.

A project is considered confirmed only after advance payment and written confirmation.
Dates are blocked only after receipt of the booking amount.
Gatha Events reserves the right to decline projects based on availability or scope mismatch.

All pricing is shared based on requirements, scale, and customization.
Prices may vary due to vendor availability, venue constraints, or client-requested changes.
Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Booking amounts are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by the client, amounts paid towards vendor bookings or advance arrangements are non-recoverable.
Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Gatha Events.

Clients are responsible for:

Delays caused due to late inputs or approvals may impact execution timelines.

Décor designs are conceptual and may vary slightly during execution due to:
- Venue restrictions
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
Such variations are part of live event execution and do not constitute service failure.

Gatha Events is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond control including but not limited to:

All designs, concepts, photographs, and content created by Gatha Events remain its intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Gatha Events’ liability is limited to the value of services agreed upon and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Pune, Maharashtra.
